Is airfare included?
Our tours are based on land package prices. Often clients like to travel on their own before or after a tour with Voyages Millefleurs. This also gives travelers with frequent flyer points the chance to book the flight separately.
How much walking is involved in a tour?
We generally try to get out and about each day. These tours are for able-bodied people with in relatively good health. All of our transport is by private coach therefore there is an option to ride along if need be.
Are there people to handle our luggage?
Frequently there are hotel porters to carry luggage. A small gratuity of change is usually expected with this service. When staying in apartments in the countryside, luggage is the responsibility of the traveller, so pack light!
Are meals included and if so, how many?
We are proud to offer beautiful meals with wines during our winery visits! We usually provide one large meal daily, (lunch or dinner) but leave you time to have intimate dinners on your own or in small groups
How early do we typically start the day?
Getting started in the morning is usually our style as we want to make the most of our day! Some travel days start earlier than others and sometimes mornings free to enjoy a relaxing breakfast. Typically breakfast at the hotels are offered between 7:00am and 10:00am. We try to meet and get going around 9:00am.
How much free time do we have?
To maximize your personal experience we try to factor in some time away from the group for every day. The early evenings are usually a good time to catch a nap, read or have a group wine party in your room before heading out for dinner!
How is payment set up?
We like to deal with payments in installments. We take a down payment and then 3 payments throughout the year. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
